We’re looking for someone highly detail-oriented to join our London team as an Operations & Finance Coordinator.

This varied role supports the Operations Manager with post-booking processes and provides vital finance and accounting assistance.

Your day-to-day will include checking travel documents, managing client files, liaising with suppliers, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and helping maintain accurate financial records.

You’ll also provide general operational support - from managing office supplies and staff onboarding to basic tech support and procurement.

This role suits someone with strong organisational skills, numerical confidence, and a genuine obsession with detail. You’ll thrive if you enjoy clear, structured tasks, work calmly under pressure, and can switch between diverse responsibilities smoothly.
